Delivery Across the UE
We currently deliver our products to every country in the European Union.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery for orders over 250 PLN within Poland and over 70 EUR within the EU.
Delivery Information
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary and your order number.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@lelei.earth — we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery time is 2–4 days within Poland and 5–7 days to the rest of Europe, although this may vary depending on local services and your location.
Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us at info@lelei.earth and we will verify your order status.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before processing begins. Please contact us directly at info@lelei.earth. Once your order has entered the processing stage, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return unopened and undamaged products.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive your returned goods and issue a refund. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible after receiving and reviewing your return, but this may take up to 14 days. Thank you for your understanding.
