    Measure out the desired amount of kava and place the powder in our kava essence bag (suggested proportions: around 2 tablespoons per cup of water). Then, place the bag with the kava powder in a bowl with desired amount of water and knead and squeeze the bag for about 5 minutes. Watch the kava essence release into the water.
